Azzurro completes the purchase of a forward-flow of newly delinquent PG-backed non-performing SME loans from a scale non-bank SME Lender.  

Azzurro Associates has agreed and completed the purchase of a two-year forward-flow of newly delinquent non-performing SME loans, which are backed by Personal Guarantees.

This transaction represents the first of its kind in the UK for the SME non-performing loan asset type. Azzurro and the seller worked together to ensure the Sale and Purchase Agreement reflected an agreed pre- and post-sale collection activity, and measures were put in place to ensure that flow asset quality is maintained.
